Injection Mold Technician Needed 3rd ShiftWe are seeking skilled Injection Mold Technicians to join our team on 3rd shifts. The role involves setting up injection mold equipment, changing out molds, and processing operations. You will work with molds ranging from 350 to 650 tons and manage 10-15 different mold machines.Responsibilities:Set up injection mold equipment and change molds.Process operations for mold machines.Manage 10-15 different mold machines.Troubleshoot and resolve issues with equipment and processes.Essential Skills:Injection MoldingTroubleshootingMachine process technicianSet-ups and changeoversElectrical maintenance technicianExperience with torque wrenches, screws, and general toolsAt least 3 years of machine set-up experienceAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Experience with injection mold equipmentKnowledge of schematicsExperience in automated manufacturing processesWhy Work Here?Join a company with a strong record of stability and longevity. Experience automated processes in a clean manufacturing environment, although not climate controlled. Shift open is 3rd Shift (10pm-6:30am).Job Type & Location:This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Springfield, TN.Pay and Benefits:The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $29.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
