Injection Molding Machine OperatorDo you have experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, and manual machine operation? We're looking for a dependable Injection Molding Machine Operator to join a clean, climate-controlled facility where everything is done by hand — no automated push-button systems here. If you love working with your hands, solving problems on the fly, and keeping machines running at peak performance, this could be your perfect fit.What You'll Do:Operate and monitor manual injection molding machines in a high-volume environment.Troubleshoot, adjust, and repair equipment using pneumatic and hydraulic expertise.Perform quality checks on molded parts and ensure products meet exact specifications.Assist with changeovers, machine setup, and preventive maintenance.Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.What You'll Bring:Required: Hands-on experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems.Previous manufacturing or production floor experience.Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.Ability to work a 12-hour rotating day shift (6:45 AM – 7:15 PM).Comfortable with physical tasks and standing for long periods.Perks:$19.00/hour.Every other weekend off.Healthcare, vision, and dental benefits.Long-term opportunity with potential for growth.Supportive, team-oriented environment in a modern, climate-controlled facility.This is a true hands-on mechanical role — perfect for candidates who enjoy working directly with machines and have real-world experience in pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
