Job description
Injection Molding Process TechnicianThis position reports to the Shift Supervisor, and includes responsibilities in production, quality, safety, cost, cleaning, communication, and a few administrative tasks. More precisely:Set up the auxiliary equipment (robots, combo, hooking, conveyors, etc.);Start machines in accordance with the procedures, while making necessary adjustments (color, mold types, etc.);Troubleshoot when non-conformances of production occur;Oversee that machines reach the maximum capability, at the highest production standards, and propose alternatives methods for production efficiency;Follow all safety procedures in operating all equipment;Clean the work area and pick up personal tools;Fill out the required forms for repairs, set-up checklist, and/or maintenance work orders;Carry out other related tasks.QualificationsMinimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role;Experience in a factory setting;Skills in hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanics, PLC's and robotics;Experience in assembly lines, process and mold setting is a valuable asset;Additional InformationSkill set:Have a responsible attitude, and awareness of the surroundings;Capable of adapting to various, changing situations;Be a team-player;Possess problem solving and manual skills.Benefits:Competive salary;Health insurance plan;Potential opportunity for advancement within the company;Laid-back environment with human values.
