Injection Molding Setup TechnicianAre you an experienced Injection Molding Setup Technician looking for a stable career with excellent pay, strong benefits, and opportunities for growth? We are seeking a hands-on manufacturing professional to support injection molding operations by performing mold changes, machine setups, startups, process adjustments, and troubleshooting.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with complex equipment, solving problems, and ensuring quality production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.What is the Job:Set up and prepare injection molding presses for production runsInstall and remove molds, tooling, and auxiliary equipmentPerform machine startups and adjust processing parameters to meet quality standardsTroubleshoot equipment and process issues to reduce downtimeMonitor molded components for visual and dimensional accuracyComplete setup documentation and production records accuratelySupport daily production goals related to safety, quality, delivery, and efficiencyParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen, 6S, and waste reduction projectsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentWork closely with manufacturing, engineering, maintenance, and quality teamsWhat is Needed:High school diploma or GED required3+ years of injection molding setup, process technician, mold setter, or related manufacturing experience preferredStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsExperience working with molds, presses, robots, thermolators, temperature controllers, or auxiliary equipmentAbility to use hand tools, precision measuring devices, and mechanical equipment safelyBasic computer skills and data entry experienceSAP experience is a plusFamiliarity with ISO, Lean Manufacturing, 6S, or Kaizen principles is preferredAvailable Shifts & Pay1st ShiftMonday-Friday6:00 AM - 2:00 PM$24-$28/hour2nd ShiftMonday-Friday2:00 PM - 10:00 PM$32-$38/hourAdditional $1.25/hour shift differentialCompensation & Benefits$10,000 sign-on bonus* for eligible candidatesAnnual bonus opportunityPaid time offExcellent medical, dental, and vision coverage401(k) with strong company matchTuition and education assistanceCareer advancement opportunitiesCollaborative, team-oriented cultureIf you have experience with injection molding setups, mold changes, process optimization, and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment, we'd love to speak with you.
