Injection Molding Technician/SupervisorCentury Industries is growing and we are looking for a skilled Injection Molding Technician/Supervisor to grow with us. We are an Oklahoma based steel processing, tool and die, and plastics manufacturing company in the middle of rapid expansion. Our team specializes in precision production, tooling, and prototyping for a variety of industries. Experience performing mold changes and process adjustments. Demonstrated ability to operate and troubleshoot injection molding machines.Preferred Qualifications Previous lead or supervisory experience in manufacturing. Experience with high-tonnage injection molding presses. Experience creating or maintaining mold setup documentation. Knowledge of scrap reduction and process improvement techniques.Behavioral Competencies Leadership & Accountability Demonstrates ownership of production results while leading and supporting molding operators.
