Job description
Bon Appetit Management Company is seeking a Sous Chef to lead culinary operations across residential dining, retail venues, and campus events. You will supervise daily kitchen activities, ensure quality, and mentor a team in a fast-paced environment.
You will collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop menus, manage food costs, and deliver exceptional dining experiences for students, faculty, staff, and guests.
