Job description
Role:
Provides direct patient care as a Registered Nurse in a Med Surg inpatient setting, promoting patient safety and quality care.
Responsibilities:
Assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care; educating patients and families on illness management and post-treatment needs; developing individualized care plans; ensuring effective communication across care teams; participating in quality improvement and professional development activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
Valid RN license; minimum education includes Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree, with a preference for a Bachelor's degree; no prior experience required; ACLS certification preferred; strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment.
