Job description
(Physician/MD qualifications required) Psychiatry (General) - Behavioral Health System is seeking a Staff Psychiatrist interested in joining a medical staff of over 80 collegial psychiatrists to provide a combination of inpatient and outpatient psychiatric services for adult patients. Inpatient duties include clinical admission evaluations, subsequent care visits, discharges, court hearings, consultation liaison services to medical floors, and completing corresponding and timely documentation. Outpatient duties include initial evaluations, follow-up visits, shared medical visits, primary care immediate consultation, and completing corresponding and timely documentation. Opportunity to supervise Advanced Practice Professionals (if mutually agreed upon) in both settings. Position expectation for 50% Inpatient and 50% Outpatient with some flexibility for Inpatient | Outpatient split.
