The Opportunity
4-day work week
Full-scope Family Medicine
Inpatient rotation of 1:8 to keep up your skills
No emergency department coverage required
Specialty interests supported, including hospitalist work, women's health, geriatrics/nursing home rounds, leadership, and more
Team of 7 Family Medicine Physicians and 6 Advanced Practitioners
J-1 and H-1B visa
HPSA score: 15 & PSLF-eligible
Open to experienced physicians as well as 2027 residents and fellows
Compensation & Benefits
Total recruitment package of $570,000
Base salary plus call compensation totaling $319,000
$200,000 sign-on bonus
Residency/Fellowship stipend available
PTO, CME allowance, malpractice insurance with tail coverage, and 5.5% retirement match
