Job description
Telecare Corporation seeks a Director of Nursing (DON) for the Shelton Evaluation & Treatment Center (E&T) in Shelton, WA. This full-time, in-person leadership role directs all nursing services and works with a multidisciplinary team to uphold Telecare's recovery-focused model in an inpatient behavioral health setting.
The DON will oversee staffing, regulatory compliance, medication management, infection prevention, and quality improvement, while participating in the Administrator-On-Call
