Job description
Highlands Behavioral Health System in Littleton, CO is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to ensure coordinated patient care across units, supervise House Supervisors, RNs and BHAs, and drive training and performance improvement efforts.
The role partners with the CNO/ACNO to assess staffing, lead treatment team discussions, and uphold standards of care in an 86-bed psychiatric hospital offering inpatient and partial programs.
