Job description
Boston Children's Hospital is seeking a Behavioral Health Specialist to join our Inpatient Psychiatry Units in Boston or Waltham, MA. You'll support a multidisciplinary team in providing safe, therapeutic care and assist with daily living activities, group sessions, and safety protocols.
Responsibilities include de-escalation, monitoring patient safety, documenting care, and participating in structured programs.
