Job description
Boston Children's Hospital's Inpatient Psychiatry unit is seeking a Behavioral Health Specialist to support pediatric patients on day/evening shifts in Boston or Waltham, MA. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team delivering structured activities and ensuring a safe environment.
Responsibilities include monitoring patients, identifying risks, de-escalating behaviors, assisting with daily living activities, collecting basic data, and documenting care.
