Job description
UofL Health is seeking a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist to provide specialized pharmaceutical services and improve pharmacotherapy outcomes for patients at Brown Cancer Center/UofL Health system in Louisville, KY.
The role participates in multidisciplinary rounds, medication order evaluation, drug information requests, patient counseling and formulary management. Required: ACPE-accredited PharmD, Kentucky license, and PGY residency with board certification where available.
