Job description
Advocate Health is seeking an Inpatient BMT/Cellular Therapies Clinical Team Lead Pharmacist at Levine Children’s Hospital in Charlotte. You will cover the inpatient bone marrow transplant team, provide medication expertise, round with the team, and lead pharmacotherapy initiatives for hematology/oncology patients.
The role involves weekend coverage on a 4-week cycle, collaboration with oncology pharmacists, and potential float between Inpatient BMT, Oncology, and Pediatric Satellite Pharmacy.
