Loma Linda University Health is seeking a Clinical Nurse B - Inpatient to provide and document age-appropriate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced unit under minimal supervision. The role follows the Professional Practice Model and emphasizes safety and quality care.
The CN-B works with licensed and unlicensed staff, may participate in on-call rotations, and supports shift coordination; requires BSN, California RN license, and BLS; new hires can be eligible for CN-C promotion per ladder
