Job description
NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital's Columbia University Medical Center in New York, NY seeks a Care Manager- RN for the inpatient unit on day shifts, including weekends. You will lead continuity of care from pre-admission to discharge, coordinating the interdisciplinary team.
The role requires a BSN, NYS RN license, 3–5 years acute care, strong communication and problem-solving, and preferred Spanish and a master's in a healthcare field.
