Conduct family meetings and support comprehensive discharge planning and continuity of care.

Ensure delivery of safe, evidence-based, and patient-centered psychiatric services.

Participate in quality improvement, program development, and clinical excellence initiatives.

Provide education, supervision, and mentorship to psychiatry residents and other learners participating in child and adolescent psychiatry rotations through the IU School of Medicine Psychiatry Residency Program.

Weeknight coverage: Approximately nine nights/quarter.

Weekend coverage: Approximately three weekends/quarter.

Compensation & Benefits:

$322,000 salary + opportunity for annual incentive bonus

$75,000 sign on bonus

Relocation up to $15,000

Comprehensive benefits package and CME allowance

Fully implemented EMR (Epic) integrated with Deaconess Health Systems.
