Job description
UofL Health is seeking a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist to provide specialized pharmaceutical services, collaborate in multidisciplinary rounds, and improve therapeutic outcomes across our health system. You will engage in medication histories, dosing, drug information requests, and patient counseling to ensure optimal pharmacotherapy.
This role supports development of new programs and educational activities within the pharmacy department.
