Job description
Specialty Medical Staffing is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist for a 13-week LTACH contract in Gainesville, FL. The role focuses on medication management, discharge counseling, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to support medically complex patients.
Responsibilities include daily order verification, medication reconciliation, and antimicrobial stewardship with pharmacokinetic dosing. EPIC experience is preferred alongside strong communication skills.
