Job description
Adventist Health Twin Cities in Templeton, CA, is seeking a pharmacist for an 8-week inpatient assignment. You will verify medication orders, perform clinical reviews, ensure medication safety, and collaborate with physicians to optimize patient outcomes in an acute care setting.
Requirements include a PharmD, state licensure, and EPIC experience; inpatient hospital experience and familiarity with Cerner are valued. Ability to work variable shifts, weekends, and on-call coverage is required.
