Job description
A respected healthcare institution in Beachwood is seeking an Inpatient Clinical Pharmacist to provide medication management and support patient care within the Internal Medicine service line. Responsibilities include participating in multidisciplinary rounds, collaborating with healthcare team members, and ensuring compliance with pharmacy operations. The ideal candidate has a PharmD/Bachelor’s in Pharmacy, current RPh license, and BLS certification. This is a PRN role with a minimum hourly pay of $67.00.
