Job description
Cleveland Clinic Health System is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist for Inpatient Operations on a 7-on/7-off night schedule at the Main Campus. The role involves ensuring optimal medication therapy, accurate dispensing, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to support patient outcomes.
Minimum qualifications include a PharmD or BS in Pharmacy and active state licensure or eligibility within 90 days. Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance may be available.
