Job description
Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center in Carthage, NY, seeks a Full-Time Pharmacist to join the clinical team at the Ogdensburg Campus. The role focuses on clinical assessment, therapy management, and expert consultation to optimize patient outcomes.
Hours are day shift (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM), 100% on-site at Ogdensburg Campus with once-a-month weekend call. Licensing, BLS, hospital experience preferred; oncology, dialysis, and behavioral health experience are a plus.
