Job description
ChristianaCare is hiring a Clinical Pharmacist for Newark, DE. The role emphasizes participation in daily interdisciplinary rounds and management of complex therapies within a decentralized inpatient model. This part-time position includes day/evening shifts, weekend and holiday coverage.
The candidate will contribute to MTM, drug information, and education, with opportunities to precept students and residents, and participate in quality improvement projects. Delaware licensure is required.
