Job description
Trinity Health MI is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist for our In-patient Pharmacy at Trinity Health Ann Arbor. The role supports medication management across neonatal to geriatric patients within a 24/7 hospital environment.
You will interpret orders, monitor regimens, and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and staff to optimize pharmacotherapy while adhering to regulatory standards and patient safety goals.
