Job description
Trinity Health is seeking an Inpatient Clinical Pharmacist to join a clinical team dedicated to optimizing medication therapy and patient-centered care. The role involves direct patient care, education, and quality initiatives within a hospital setting.
The position rotates between day and evening shifts (6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.), with occasional overnight coverage. Licensure as a pharmacist in Michigan is required or eligibility anticipated, and residency training is preferred.
