Job description
A skilled Clinical Pharmacist specializing in inpatient care is sought to provide expert medication management and ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes within a hospital setting. This contract-to-hire opportunity is based in Richfield Springs, NY, offering a dynamic environment to apply your clinical expertise in improving patient health.
Responsibilities include:
Reviewing and verifying medication orders for inpatient care
Collaborating with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient-specific medication plans

Desired Experience and Qualifications: Current pharmacist license in the state of New York
