Job description
Stanford Health Care in Palo Alto, California is seeking a Pharmacist for a full-time, 1.0 FTE rotating - 08-hour schedule. The role encompasses clinical pharmacy services, investigational drug service activities, and collaboration with treatment teams to ensure safe and effective pharmacotherapy.
The position requires a PharmD or BS in Pharmacy, CA Pharmacist license, two years of related experience (or one year with PGY1), and BLS/ACLS within 30 days.
