Job description
Montefiore Nyack Hospital is seeking a well-rounded pharmacist to function as an independent, frontline provider working with patients, pharmacy staff and multidisciplinary teams. The role includes reviewing clinical status, therapeutic options and intervening with prescribers when necessary.
