Job description
Full-Time Nursing AssistantThis position is a Full-Time Nursing Assistant position working 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week and every third weekend. The position can be cross-trained as needed. The position reports to the Director of In-Patient Services.
Qualifications:
6 months' experience in a health care environment desiredCurrent CPR certification or successful completion upon hire to the positionComputer skills to meet the needs of the positionHigh School diploma or equivalentPrefer satisfactory completion of a current Nursing Assistant/Aide courseSkill and Ability:Ability to think and work independently and with directionGood teamwork skillsGood foundation of clinical skills and knowledgeExcellent attention to detailGood communication and interpersonal skillsPhysical abilities must allow for frequent working, stooping, bending, and frequent lifting and moving of patientsAll other duties as assigned
