Job description
GlyCare by Diabetes Management Partners is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Inpatient Diabetes & Glycemic Management team at Emory John's Creek Hospital in Johns Creek, GA. You will provide inpatient diabetes consultations and manage adult hospitalized patients with evidence-based protocols.
