Job description
Fresenius Kidney Care in the United States seeks a professional registered nurse at CAP 2 level to join the Clinical Advancement Program. The RN CAP 2 provides and coordinates clinically competent care including assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation for an assigned group of patients, with delegation as needed.
The role involves teaching, leadership, quality improvement, collaboration with physicians and other RNs, and ensuring continuity of patient care across dialysis modalities.
