Job description
Fresenius Medical Care in the Indianapolis area is seeking an entry level Registered Nurse for the Inpatient Services CAP. This role provides and coordinates clinically competent care for an assigned patient group, with delegation to direct care staff as needed.
The RN CAP 1 position emphasizes assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation, and includes teaching, leadership, and quality improvement activities to enhance patient outcomes and program operations.
