Job description
Akron Children’s invites applications for a Parent Partner role in the Inpatient Behavioral Health Unit. The role supports families of children in crisis, coordinating with the behavioral health team to ensure clear discharge plans and contacts for post-discharge support.
The Parent Partner will educate parents, help families access mental health services, and follow up after discharge while upholding confidentiality and professional boundaries.
