Job description
As an Inpatient Float Registered Nurse, you provide and coordinate acute bedside care across units such as medical-surgical, stepdown, same day surgery, and the emergency department for boarding patients. You complete assessments, administer medications, implement care plans, and monitor patient status using evidence-based practice. Working within the hospital team, you adapt to different units, support a safe environment, and contribute to a positive patient and family experience.
