Job description
HCA Houston Healthcare Tomball is seeking an invaluable Inpatient Geropsychiatric RN to coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with providers and the care team.
You will assess patient status, perform physician-ordered procedures, document care, and collaborate to craft holistic treatment plans while guiding ongoing care with community resources. Eligible candidates have an RN license and a geriatric psych background.
