Job description
St. Francis Hospital & Heart Center is seeking an Inpatient Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to join the Comprehensive Congestive Heart Failure Program.
The APP will deliver advanced, evidence‑based inpatient care for acute and chronic heart failure and collaborate with cardiologists, surgeons, intensivists, and nurses. Responsibilities include comprehensive evaluations, GDMT management, advanced therapies (LVAD/ECMO), and education of patients and families.
