Job Summary
Inpatient Hematologist/Oncologist position at Baptist MD Anderson Cancer Center of Jacksonville, Florida.
Responsibilities
Provide continuity of highest quality cancer care to hospitalized patients.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of oncologists, advanced practice providers, and palliative care.
Manage complex clinical cases including new diagnoses, hematology/oncology consultations, and inpatient therapy.
Work around the clock with a 7‑day on / 7‑day off schedule.
Explore leadership opportunities in program development, research, and quality initiatives.
Qualifications
MD/DO, board eligible or certified in Medical Oncology or Hematology/Oncology.
Active or unrestricted Florida medical license.
Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) license.
Proficient in patient‑centered care and teamwork.
