Job description

International Society on Thrombosis and Hemostasis seeks an Advanced Practice Provider to join the inpatient hematology and oncology team in Oklahoma City. The APP will deliver comprehensive care, including assessment, diagnostics, plan development, and care coordination with a multidisciplinary team.

The role emphasizes patient education, research participation, and collaborative practice. Oklahoma licensure and BLS required; prescriptive authority within 30 days; experience not required.
