Job description
Compassus is seeking an Inpatient Unit Registered Nurse Case Manager to coordinate clinical, psycho-social, and spiritual care for Hospice patients. You will work with the interdisciplinary team to implement Plan of Care and ensure compassionate, comprehensive service.
The role includes on-call coverage and significant collaboration with medical leadership. The ideal candidate holds an RN license with 1+ year nursing practice and hospice/home health experience is preferred.
