Job description
An urgent opportunity is available for an Interim Pharmacy Manager/Director to oversee inpatient pharmacy operations in a hospital setting in Boston, MA. This role requires a seasoned professional with hospital management experience and the ability to staff pharmacy personnel as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily inpatient pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
Oversee pharmacy staff scheduling and staffing requirements to maintain optimal pharmacy services.
Collaborate with medical and administrative teams to enhance patient care through effective pharmacy management.
Ensure accurate medication dispensing, inventory control, and documentation practices.
Desired Qualifications:
Valid Massachusetts pharmacist license is required.
Demonstrated experience in hospital pharmacy management, with a focus on inpatient services.
Previous experience working with this staffing agency preferred; individuals with strong references will also be considered.
Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage staff and operational flow effectively.
