Job description
The Advanced Practitioner for the Hospitalist Program at Concord Hospital provides acute inpatient care, including initial encounters, daily rounds, consultations, and patient education under supervision. Responsibilities include ordering tests, formulating differential diagnoses, and coordinating with the care team.
Licensure in New Hampshire and DEA, board certification, ACLS, and completion of PA or APN programs are required.
