Job description
Intermountain Health is seeking an experienced Hospitalist Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join the MKD-Layton Hospitalist team. The role will involve shifts at McKay-Dee and Layton Hospital, serving adult inpatients on general medicine floors with a multidisciplinary team.
You will perform comprehensive assessments, develop care plans with attending physicians, and manage acute/chronic conditions while ensuring high-quality patient care and seamless care transitions.
