Job description
We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join our growing post-acute care team as an Inpatient Hospitalist Physician in Cape Cod, MA. This full‑time opportunity offers an exceptional work‑life balance with a Monday–Friday schedule, no weekends, and no call responsibilities.

Position Highlights:
Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
No weekends
No call responsibilities
Facility‑based inpatient/post‑acute care practice
Full‑time, part‑time, and PRN opportunities available

Compensation & Benefits:
Guaranteed compensation ranging from $200,000 to $500,000+
Most full‑time physicians earn between $300,000 and $500,000 annually

Requirements:
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatric Medicine, or a related specialty
Active and unrestricted medical license in the applicable state or eligibility for licensure
DEA registration or eligibility to obtain
Experience in hospital medicine, post‑acute care, skilled nursing, long‑term care, geriatrics, or internal medicine preferred
Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage medically complex patients
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Commitment to providing compassionate, patient‑centered care
Ability to travel between assigned facilities as needed
