Job description
A respected healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) to join its Inpatient Hospital ICU team in Peoria, Illinois.

Opportunity Details
Join a collaborative team of 4 Critical Care Physicians and 1 Nurse Practitioner
Provide advanced clinical care for critically ill patients in the ICU alongside Pulmonology/Critical Care Physicians
Perform ICU procedures with extensive training provided over several months
Work within a 12-bed CVICU and 12-bed Medical/Surgical ICU
Average 5 patients per shift
Flexible scheduling including 8-, 12-, or 24-hour shifts
Includes a mix of weekday, night, evening, and weekend shifts
Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus available
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, licensure, shift structure, and related factors. A comprehensive benefits package is offered to all team members and providers.
Education & Experience Requirements Master's degree in Nursing with Acute Care Nurse Practitioner certification
1-3 years of Acute Care or Intensive Care experience as a provider or RN
