A respected healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join its Inpatient Hospital ICU team in Peoria, Illinois .

nnOpportunity Details
nnJoin a collaborative team of 4 Critical Care Physicians and 1 Nurse Practitioner
nProvide advanced clinical care for critically ill patients in the ICU alongside Pulmonology/Critical Care Physicians
nPerform ICU procedures with extensive training provided over several months
nWork within a 12‑bed CVICU and 12‑bed Medical/Surgical ICU
nAverage 5 patients per shift
nFlexible scheduling including 8‑, 12‑, or 24‑hour shifts
nIncludes a mix of weekday, night, evening, and weekend shifts
nUp to $10,000 sign-on bonus available
n nCompensation & Benefits
nCompensation is based on experience, qualifications, licensure, shift structure, and related factors. A comprehensive benefits package is offered to all team members and providers.
nnEducation & Experience Requirements
nnMaster’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies
nNCCPA Certified
n1–3 years of Acute Care or Intensive Care experience as a Physician Assistant
