Job description
Cleveland Clinic Weston Hospital is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist for the inpatient liver transplant team. The role supports liver, and potentially heart and kidney transplants, with rounds and direct collaboration with providers.
The pharmacist will ensure safe medication use, verify orders, document care, and contribute to safety initiatives. Eligible for a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 and relocation reimbursement up to $5,000.
