Job description
Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, FL, seeks an Advanced Clinical Pharmacist Specialist (ACPS) for inpatient Medical Oncology and Internal/Hospital Medicine. You will provide direct patient care within interdisciplinary teams, manage ITOX toxicities, adjust dosing, and support transitions of care to outpatient settings.
The ideal candidate holds a PharmD, BPS board certification (BCOP/BCPS preferred), PGY-2 Oncology or equivalent experience, and a record of precepting learners.
