Job description
LifeBridge Health's Carroll Hospital Center in Westminster, MD seeks a social worker to deliver patient- and community-focused social services in line with mission and SPIRIT values. Leads in complex cases and coordinates discharge planning, aftercare, and community resources for patients of all ages.
Must hold a Master's in Social Work; LCSW or LCPC certification preferred. Acute inpatient experience is valued; a $10K sign-on bonus is included along with competitive benefits and growth
